Our family has been part of the Teller County grocery business since 1965, and we are proud to carry that tradition forward with quality groceries, fair prices, friendly service, and a true hometown feel.

How Our Story Began

Our family’s roots in the grocery business go back to 1965 in Woodland Park. Grocery work has been part of our lives for generations, and that history shaped the way we serve people today.

Over time, our little store grew into something much bigger. Today, we carry more than 60,000 items, including fresh meat, produce, dairy, frozen foods, general merchandise, propane, outdoor equipment, fishing supplies, hunting licenses, lottery, souvenirs, and more.

Living in a mountain community means convenience matters. A forgotten dinner ingredient, a propane refill, a hunting license, or a quick fuel stop can turn into a long trip if there is not a reliable local option.

We have faced plenty of challenges over the years. Our store is small, and local shopping options are limited. During the COVID pandemic, we personally shopped in Colorado Springs twice a week just to keep our shelves stocked.

That season tested us, but it also reminded us why we do this work. People needed food, supplies, and consistency. We were determined to show up.

In 2021, we remodeled and partnered with a major grocery supplier. That step helped us dramatically expand our selection while continuing to keep prices fair. Hard times did not slow us down. They pushed us to become better.
